Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", "you", or "your") and to188 (the "Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the to188 online gaming platform located at https://to188.cam and all associated services, features, and content.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any Service provided by to188, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. 1Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a User to access the Platform and Services.
• "Bonus" means promotional credits, free bets, cashback, or other incentives offered by to188 subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means funds transferred by a User to their Account balance for the purpose of placing wagers.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot machine, live dealer table, sports betting market, lottery draw, or other gaming product available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity verification through government-issued identification documents.
• "Platform" means the to188 website located at https://to188.cam and all related services, software, and mobile-optimized interfaces.
• "Wager" means a bet placed by a User on any Game using Account balance or Bonus funds.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a User's Account balance to their designated bank account or e-wallet.

2Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To create an Account and use the Services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. to188 strictly enforces this age requirement and will permanently close any Account found to belong to an individual under 21 years of age, with all funds forfeited.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing the Platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law.
• You must not be subject to any legal restrictions that prohibit you from participating in online gambling activities.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When registering an Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address.
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Create only one (1) Account per person. Multiple Accounts belonging to the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all duplicate Accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Keep your username and password confidential and not share your Account credentials with any third party.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

to188 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing your first Withdrawal. Required documents may include:

• A clear photograph of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or passport showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• A selfie photograph of you holding your identity document next to your face for facial recognition verification.
• Proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months.
• Proof of payment method ownership, such as a bank statement or e-wallet screenshot showing your name and account details.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in temporary suspension of your Account and Withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Policies

to188 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). The following policies apply:

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 50.000 for bank transfers; Rp 25.000 for e-wallets.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits are processed instantly and credited to your Account balance within seconds under normal circumstances.
• Currency: All deposits and wagers are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept foreign currencies.
• Payment Method Ownership: You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own legal name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
• Deposit Limits: to188 may impose maximum deposit limits per transaction or per period for security and responsible gaming purposes.

3.2 Withdrawal Policies

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following terms:

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100.000 per transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour during Indonesian banking business hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside business hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next banking day.
• First Withdrawal Verification: Your first Withdrawal requires completion of KYC verification, which may add 1-2 hours to processing time. Subsequent Withdrawals are processed automatically.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits, or to a bank account/e-wallet registered in your legal name.
• Anti-Money Laundering (AML): You must wager your deposited amount at least once (1x turnover) before requesting a Withdrawal. Deposits withdrawn without any wagering activity may be subject to administrative fees.
• Bonus Wagering Requirements: If you have active Bonus funds or have claimed a promotion, you must complete all wagering requirements before Withdrawal of winnings. See Section 4 for Bonus terms.

3.3 Transaction Fees

to188 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals under normal circumstances. However, we reserve the right to charge administrative fees for: (a) repeated withdrawals of deposited funds without wagering activity; (b) chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the User; or (c) excessive small-value withdrawal requests.

3.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

to188 reserves the right to delay or refuse Withdrawal requests if:

• Your Account has not completed KYC verification.
• There is suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or Terms violations.
• The Withdrawal would exceed your Account's available balance or violate AML turnover requirements.
• Your Account is under investigation or review by our security team.
• You have outstanding wagering requirements or bonus conditions to fulfill.

4Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

to188 offers various Bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated in the promotional offer. By accepting any Bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable terms.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Most Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called rollover or playthrough requirements) before any winnings derived from Bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify how many times you must wager the Bonus amount before withdrawal. For example, a Rp 100.000 Bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 3.000.000 in total wagers before withdrawal of winnings.

• Different Games contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-50% or be excluded entirely.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time period (typically 30 days). Expired Bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Maximum bet limits may apply while wagering Bonus funds (e.g., Rp 25.000 per spin/bet). Exceeding maximum bet limits may void the Bonus and winnings.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

to188 has a zero-tolerance policy for Bonus abuse. The following activities constitute Bonus abuse and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus multiple times.
• Colluding with other Users to exploit Bonus offers.
• Using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., hedging opposite outcomes).
• Depositing only to claim Bonuses with no genuine intent to play.
• Abusing software glitches or errors to obtain unfair Bonus advantages.

4.4 Bonus Eligibility

to188 reserves the right to refuse or withdraw Bonuses from any User at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraud, abuse, or Terms violations. Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses are limited to one per User, household, IP address, or payment method.

5Game Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Random Number Generator (RNG)

5.2 Game Rules

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, falsified documents, or engaging in money laundering.

5.4 Malfunction Voids All Plays

In the event of a software malfunction, hardware failure, network disruption, or other technical error that affects Game outcomes, all affected wagers shall be void and stakes returned to User Accounts. to188 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond our control.

6Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

to188 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. We provide the following tools and resources:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account. Limits can be lowered immediately or increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

7Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, or redistribute any Platform content without written permission.
• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on Platform software or Games.
• Use the to188 brand name, logo, or trademarks without authorization.

8Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, to188 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from Service interruptions or technical failures.
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses incurred due to your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
• Events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or internet service provider disruptions (force majeure).

In no event shall to188's total liability to you exceed the amount deposited into your Account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim.

You acknowledge that online gambling involves inherent risk of financial loss and agree to use the Platform at your own risk. to188 makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free Service.

9Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and the laws of the jurisdiction in which to188 is licensed to operate. You acknowledge that online gambling laws in Indonesia are complex and ambiguous, and you assume full responsibility for understanding and complying with your local legal obligations.

9.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact to188 customer support to attempt informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication with our support team.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules, with the arbitration conducted in English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

9.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against to188.

10Account Closure and Termination

10.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw your remaining Account balance in accordance with Section 3 Withdrawal policies. Accounts with zero balance for more than 12 months may be administratively closed.

10.2 Termination by to188

to188 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms.
• You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Your Account shows evidence of collusion, bonus abuse, or prohibited betting patterns.
• We are required to do so by law, regulation, or licensing authority.

Upon termination for Terms violations, any remaining Account balance may be forfeited, and you will be permanently banned from creating future Accounts on the Platform.

10.3 Inactive Account Policy

Accounts with no login activity for 24 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. Dormant Accounts may be subject to monthly inactivity fees to cover administrative costs. You will be notified by email before any inactivity fees are applied.

11Miscellaneous Provisions

11.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific Game rules or promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and to188 and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations regarding the subject matter herein.

11.3 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without to188's prior written consent. to188 may assign these Terms to any successor entity or third party in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

11.4 Waiver

to188's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of to188.

11.5 Language

These Terms are drafted in English. Any translation provided for convenience purposes shall not affect the interpretation of the English version, which shall prevail in case of conflict.
